Anyone dealing with odor?

I received my Terra 2 on March 9 and immediately plugged it in.  The kobold has a strong smell but that was fine.  What wasn't fine is that odor continues.  Running the turbo dry doesn't help.   There are times that it doesn't smell but most of the time my entire house smells.  My husband's tolerance for this is not sustainable as my house smells like trash when you walk in.  The medium is not too wet.  The odor is from the vents at the back of the machine.  I just would like someone to return my messages so we can try to troubleshoot this.  I am getting beautiful compost, my only complaint is the smell that cannot be tolerated long term.  I need help resolving.  Is something in the air filtration system not working?
