Troubleshooting

  1. You can find answer by yourself in FAQ, Search on Help Center search bar, or AI Chat Bot.
  2. Go to checklist, find out the relative symptoms.
  3. Submit a ticket in our product issue report form.
  4. Kindly wait for a while, usually we will reply within 24 hours(extend when weekend).
  5. We will get back to you and discuss the solution.

Repair & Replace

Sometimes issue happens, please don't worry. Most of the problem can be solved. After confirm the problem with checklist or get help from our support agent and received replacement parts. Please go to the Repair Guide for tutorial of how to fix the problem quickly.
